The juice for this wine was fermented in barrels and aged for 8 months in oak puncheons. The wine
displays varietal aromas of citrus blossom, gooseberry and pear drops, complemented by toasty
vanilla oak. The pallet reveals ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavours.
